Please check out our resource page for resources and community services regarding Alzheimers.

NAHN New Jersey is committed to advancing the health and health education within our Hispanic communities, but it takes the involvement of caring individuals to take action. Your desire and commitment will help reduce health disparities within our neighborhoods. Depending on our events, additional committees may be formed. All members can join our volunteer initiatives, however, chair positions require and active and valid nurse license. We count on you to make a difference. Thank you in advance for your initiative and commitment. If you have any questions about our volunteer opportunities, please email or any of the emails below.
